Controller
Nowix Kft., Hungary, is the controller of personal data collected on this site.
What we collect
- Checkout: name, email, company, billing address, VAT ID or tax number, optional X handle.
- Intake: the product and launch information you choose to share, and your contact name.
- Free tools (GTM score, lite plan, sample section, partner intros): email, your answers, optional product name and X handle.
- Basic server logs needed to run and secure the site.
Why
To deliver the plan you bought, to issue invoices as Hungarian law requires, to reply to the forms you send, and to follow up about the plan when you used a free tool. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Processors
- Revolut (payments). Card details go directly to Revolut.
- Számlázz.hu (invoicing, reporting to the Hungarian tax authority).
- The European Commission VIES service (EU VAT ID checks).
- Telegram (internal notifications to our team).
- Railway (hosting) and Google Fonts (fonts).
Retention
Invoice data is kept for the period Hungarian accounting law requires (8 years). Intake and lead data is kept while we work together and deleted on request otherwise.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing. You can also complain to the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH) or your local authority.
Cookies
We do not use advertising cookies. The site uses your browser's session storage to remember quiz answers during your visit.
