Refund policy

Before delivery

If you change your mind before the plan is delivered, email us and we refund the full amount.

After delivery: rewrite, then refund

If the plan is not useful, tell us within 7 days of delivery what is missing. We rewrite it. If the rewritten plan still is not useful to you, we refund the full $499 (plus any VAT you paid).

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Revolut, in USD. Your bank decides how fast it shows on your statement, usually within 5 to 10 business days. We issue a cancelling (storno) or corrective invoice for every refund.
