Who we are
aiproductgtm.com is operated by Nowix Kft., a company registered in Hungary ("we"). These terms apply to the Custom AI GTM Plan and the free tools on this site.
The service
The Custom AI GTM Plan is a written go to market plan for your product, with the nine parts described on the plan page. It is delivered as a Notion page with a PDF export, a Google Sheets timeline and budget, and a recorded Loom walkthrough.
Price and payment
The price is USD 499 net. Hungarian buyers pay 27% Hungarian VAT on top. EU business buyers outside Hungary with a valid VAT ID are invoiced under the reverse charge rules. Buyers outside the EU are invoiced without Hungarian VAT. The amount is calculated by our server from your country and VAT status. Payments are processed by Revolut. We never see or store your full card details. An invoice is issued automatically and emailed to the address you give at checkout.
Delivery
We deliver within 3 business days after your intake is complete, meaning all required information has been submitted. The delivery period does not start at payment. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Hungarian public holidays.
Revisions
One round of revisions is included if requested within 14 days of delivery.
Guarantee and refunds
If the plan is not useful, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we rewrite it. If the rewrite still misses, we refund the $499. See the refund policy for details.
Nowix credit
Hire Nowix to run your X launch and the full $499 is credited toward that campaign. Credit applies to contracts signed within 60 days of plan delivery. Excludes ad spend.
Agency recommendations
Nowix is our own X launch agency, and we receive partner rates from recommended agencies. You are free to hire any agency or none. Contracts with partner agencies are between you and that agency.
Your information and ownership
You keep all rights in the information you give us. Once paid, the delivered plan is yours to use and edit inside your company. We may reuse general, non identifying learnings, never your confidential information. An NDA is available on request.
No guaranteed outcomes
The plan is advice. Launch results depend on your product, market and execution, and we do not guarantee any specific number of users, sales or reach.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for the plan is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply where relevant.
